The Little Girl at the Gratz Park Inn

“My husband, Chuck Starr, CGH, and I decided to stop into the Gratz Park Inn to check it out for a possible get-a-way weekend.  I had read the various stories about the haunting in this place so I thought I would see if I could pick up anything while we were there.  I remember reading that on the second floor a little girl had been seen many times by guests playing jacks on the floor.  When the guests go to speak to her she gets up and walks away around the corner.  When the guests ask about the cute little girl in 1800’s clothing they are surprised when they hear about the little girl that haunts the second floor hall.  We didn’t have time to do a full investigation so I had Chuck take a few pictures of me as I asked the little girl for her permission to take her picture.  Within about 10 minutes I could feel a presence and wished so badly that I had time to do a full investigation.  When I developed my film I had this red mist in the corner of my photo.  This did not leak out onto the negative.” Patti Starr, CGH, President, Ghost Chasers Int’l., Inc.
